Frequently Asked Questions

Do you use AI or machine translation?

That’s dependent on your preference and budget. Whilst we prefer human translations provided by our team of experts, we can also provide machine translation, a combination of machine translation and human proofreading, or an entire human translation and proofreading.

We’ll advise you on the best course of action after hearing your project requirements.

Can I really contact a Project Manager every hour?

Yes! You’ll work with the same Project Manager for the duration of your translation project.

They’ll reply to any queries in 1 hour (within UK working hours).

If proofreading that important?

Our collaborative process between two native and qualified linguists gives you the extra assurance that your multilingual content is an accurate translation of the original text.

How do I know if I’m ready for translations?
